The Dear Abby girls have taken on bullying. We as Barry School try our best to get rid of bullying, but it still happens. Especially out of the sight of adults in the building. Bathrooms, locker rooms, the lunch room, and even hallways are the main place. How do students handle being bullied, seeing it, and doing it. Let's find out. . .
Anonymous: “What I think bullying is, is that I think it is when someone makes you feel like someone less than who you really are and putting someone else down when you don’t think that you are enough. And what I think we can do to stop it is to always just make sure it is a safe environment and know that everyone here is loved for and there is always counselors to help you.” Anonymous: “Bullying is when someone repeatedly does something bad and makes you angry and you can stop it by telling counselors. Anonymous: “My definition of bullying is when you are mean to someone over and over again And like it can be mentally or physically and how I would stop it is every time I see someone bullying someone I would tell a teacher and try to stand up to the person getting bullied.” Anonymous: “bullying is when someone is doing something repeatedly and to stop it I would tell a teacher.” Anonymous: “What bullying to me is someone physically hurt someone or mentally hurting you and I would tell a teacher, parent.or guardian” |
